The following Terms and Conditions serve as the agreement between you and London Taxis. By making a reservation for our taxi services and using them, you signify your unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "London Taxis," "we," or "us" pertain to the service provider, and the terms "you" and "your" can be applied to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 You are required to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctual arrival. This especially applies to airport transfers where adherence to specific flight check-in times is essential. London Taxis is not liable for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to choose a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should request this at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 London Taxis provides quotations based on the information you provide. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be added. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the stated landing time and cover airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this will be subject to the standard London Taxis waiting rate. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of a quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is imperative that you review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify London Taxis of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made using cash, credit cards, or debit cards.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. In case of vehicle soiling, damage, or any negative impact caused by a passenger, a charge may be applied to cover cleaning costs.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.

4.3 All children in the vehicle should be restrained in accordance with their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than specified by licensing or insurance regulations.

5. Cancellations

5.1 In the event of a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs after the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge will be incurred based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 For bookings made through our online system, a cancellation charge may apply if you cancel before the vehicle has been dispatched.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from delays beyond our control. There are no circumstances in which London Taxis will be responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with London Taxis, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to enable you to continue your journey as promptly as possible.

6.4 You will not hold London Taxis liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or action by any member of your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter declared unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We retain the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is put at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 London Taxis may subcontract their obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 London Taxis reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions by updating this page. We recommend regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle and process information in accordance with the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between London Taxis and yourself.

8.5 These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights or benefits to third parties. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement has been established.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. London Taxis is not obligated to consider claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
